The short version

Embracing AI (operated by Melport LLC) runs embracingai.ai. We collect the minimum we need to answer your questions and run the site. We don't sell your data. That's the whole idea — the rest is detail.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you email us or request an AI Readiness Report, we collect what you send: your name, work email, company, and the details of your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we log basic analytics: pages visited, browser and device type, and an approximate location from your IP address. This comes through cookies and standard analytics tools.

How we use it

To reply to you and deliver what you asked for. To understand which pages are useful and improve the site. To send you updates only if you asked for them — and you can stop those any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for analytics, so we can see what's working and fix what isn't. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (analytics, email, and hosting), and only so they can do that work. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it lives and how long we keep it

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect it, and we keep it only as long as we need it to do the things above or to meet legal obligations.

Email us at info@embracingai.ai to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or just reply and tell us.

Children

This site is meant for businesses, not kids. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, we'll update the page and the date at the top. Material changes get a clear notice.
